The following Terms and Conditions apply to all food orders that are placed with Wow Wow West (Genuine) (“we”, “our” or “us”), via various communication channels – Online Portal, Ordering Hotlines and any other means. Due to the nature of the order(s), upon placing your food order with us, you acknowledged that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. PAYMENT POLICY:
1.1. Payment is required upon placing your order. This can be done easily via PayNow.
1.2. Order(s) will not be processed unless payment is received. Please note that we do not accept cash payment upon collection.
1.3. At the moment, we will absorb all prevailing administrative charges. Please note that this is subjected to periodic review and changes.
2. COLLECTION HOURS AND INSTRUCTIONS
2.1. Our self-collection hours are in accordance with each respective outlet’s operating hours. It is important to check that you have placed your orders from the correct outlets.
2.2. No order(s) are too small, and we put in our best efforts to prepare your order(s) within the specified self-collection time frame. However, unforeseen circumstances and heavy traffic flow may result in delays. As such, timings for self-collection stipulated are an indicative estimation. We will not be bound by or held liable for any inconvenience and/ or loss arising from late collection.
2.3. Our online food ordering portal is subject to the availability of our resources, and we reserve the rights to cancel or reject any order(s) that you may place with us.
2.6. In the event that food order(s) placed online are not collected, we will not be able to reschedule the collection date and time because it is our policy that all customers should not be given any food orders from other customer(s). Additionally, due to the nature of the order(s), maintenance of the freshness from your order is important, including minimizing any wastage of food resources, we seek your understanding that any request for refund shall not be entertained.
3. ORDER POLICY
3.1. All ONLINE orders must be made at least 60 MINUTES in advance (subject to first come first serve basis), otherwise, orders may not be accepted.
3.2. No cancellations and amendments are allowed once orders are placed. This includes collection date, time and location.
3.3 In the event that we must cease operations after orders are placed, you will be notified via the various following communication channels: Calls, WhatsApp or Messages to arrange for rescheduling of collection date and time. In the event of such situation, rescheduled date and time will have to be within 1 week from the date of the original order was first placed.
3.4 Due to the nature of the order(s), we strive to protect and upkeep the freshness of the items/ products. As such, we seek your understanding that minimizing food wastage and its resources remain as our top priority.
